Just thought about this for the first time. Is Marsha a mutant? Is Francis? Everyone else seems to have obviously mutant traits except these two so I'm just wondering.

I kind of have assumed that the SuperMutant Magic Academy is composed of both mutants (genetic superpowers) and magicians (no superpowers, but a predisposition to magic). I haven’t done a comic with magic in it lately though. I should!
